We went all in for Women’s Month at Electric Square & Lively Group. Kicking off with a charity quiz from our Brighton studio, we raised an incredible £318 for Women’s Aid, a charity that empowers women and children to build safer, more confident futures. Huge shoutout to Office Manager Lorena for pulling together such a brilliant event that had us rallying for a cause that matters.
Next up, we ran not one but two Fireside Chats, thanks to our superstar Producers Chelsea and Alex. Chelsea sparked conversations about career growth, confidence, and negotiation, while Alex explored what real allyship looks like in our industry. The sessions were packed with advice on breaking down barriers for women in games.
To wrap it all up, our Talent Acquisition Manager, Charlotte, and Lead Producer, Suzy, took the stage at the Women in Games stand, sharing powerful insights on representation—and why diverse voices shape better games and workplaces.
Women’s Month is just one way we show up for each other—and we’re proud to keep these conversations alive all year round.
